Since the acquisition of Athlete Viewpoint in September, our team has been hard at work integrating Athlete Viewpoint’s technology and expertise into the Game Plan web and mobile applications.
Today, we are excited to announce that the Athlete Viewpoint AV Alert feature has been added to Game Plan and renamed to “Tell Us”. This feature will be available to all Game Plan and Athlete Viewpoint partners at no cost.
Through the feature, athletes are able to confidentially or anonymously share feedback, suggestions, and other information with their athletic organization, at any time. Tell Us provides insights into areas such as:
– Concerning behaviors
– Mental health and well-being
– General suggestions for improving the athletic experience
– Thank you notes for coaches and staff going above and beyond
– And much more
We understand that these are unprecedented times in athletics and society as a whole. The pandemic and the rapid-fire changes in our industry require new and improved tools to strengthen the relationship administration and staff has with their athletes and ensure that the Voice of the Athlete is being accurately captured. Tell Us allows administration and staff to hear what their athletes need in a timely manner while using a thoughtful approach to feedback and reporting.
