Game Plan is proud to announce the addition of Brain Roberts as an Industry Specialist – Youth Sports. Brian will work with Game Plan’s Athletic Organizations team as they work with youth organizations to optimize the development of elite youth athletes as well as providing education to their parents/guardians.

Brian is a passionate and forward-thinking Youth Soccer Club and MLS Academy Leader, establishing an exceptional portfolio of achievements. Over the last 7 years, Brian has held numerous roles with Chicago Fire FC, a founding and current member of the MLS.

While at the club, Brian developed and implemented the Performance, Advisory, and Support Service (PASS) program, which advanced the short, medium, and long-term mental development processes of academy players and coaching staff. It is being used across the MLS. Highly skilled and proficient in whole club development, Brian also sat on the executive leadership team that shaped the strategic direction of Chicago Fire FC’s business and sporting units. Brian is also adept on the soccer side, overseeing the growth and development of a Fire Junior affiliate network from 400 to 13,000+ youth players. In his spare time, he coaches and continues to work with various entities on club, coach, and player development.
